Rumex sorrel, lady’s mantle, silene, bistorta, ajucca, Buon Enrico herb, orsino garlic, source watercress, sorrel, wild herbs growing in the uncontaminated fields and woods of Valchiusella.
Herbs rich in minerals, that is one of the distinguishing features of our land, an indissoluble part of the milk and cheese production chain which totally express their bouquet.
In spring Mariangela picks up these and accomplishes new courses experiencing their original flavor.


An extraordinary vegetable garden thanks to our skilled and passionate gardener Vittorio who successfully has been planning to place side by side wild herbs and the shifting vegetable garden, flowers and the orchard so as the menu can tell about our today kitchen garden and our customers can experience this.
