Following our calendar from spring to autumn, you will have the opportunity to embark on a day-long journey along the paths of ancient erratic boulders (impressive rocks of glacial origin), discovering the excellences of this incredible territory. With Erratica, the nomadic art of taste in Canavese, you will connect with the history, flavors, and knowledge of local artisans. Each event will allow you to discover castles or historic residences, meet local wine producers and taste their wines, engage in foraging experiences with Lucia Papponi, an expert ethnobotanist (in Valchiusella and on the Serra Morenica), and conclude with an inviting meal at Ristorante Gardenia, savoring the Michelin-starred cuisine of Chef Mariangela Susigan.
